CEO – TD Leballo
TD Leballo Mining and Construction (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2017 by Teboho Daniel Leballo, a hands-on mining and construction professional who saw a gap for a truly multi-disciplinary contractor that could protect client interests while creating real value on the ground. Drawing on years of experience in demanding operational environments, he understood that mines and civil projects needed more than just machines – they needed a partner who could integrate technical services, mobile plant, and on-site support into one accountable team.
From a base in Northam Limpopo. His goal was clear: build a South African mining, construction and engineering services company that could stand shoulder-to-shoulder with major industry players, while remaining rooted in local communities. Under his leadership, TDL has grown into a practical project-delivery partner, combining Open Cast and Underground mining, Screening & crushing, Drilling & Blasting, Dewatering, Dust suppression, Material Processing and handling, mobile equipment supply, construction and maintenance around each client’s specific requirements.
Daniel leads TDL with a simple but powerful brand promise – “Turning vision into value.” He insists on client-focused execution, ethical business practice, and long-term relationships built on integrity, honesty and consistent delivery.
